Dustin M. Jackson is the Principal Accountant of Burgeon Financial Group, Inc., boasting over 10 years experience in the accounting industry. 

Dustin, a graduate of Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business, attained his B.S. in accounting Winter 2005. Weeks after being conferred his degree, Dustin ventured out west to Oakland,CA where he began his accounting career with Emerge Financial Group. Two years later, with an empirical insight of accounting, Dustin relocated back to Atlanta,GA, joining the ranks of tax professionals at Paul C. Oddo Jr. CPA’s in December 2007.

After devoting nearly five years of service with Paul C. Oddo Jr., CPA’s, Dustin parted ways to establish Burgeon Financial Group in May 2012.

In addition to his B.S. in accounting and empirical breadth of accounting & tax knowledge, Dustin holds an Enrolled Agent designation, conferred by the Internal Revenue Service.  

Aside from his life task of building Burgeon Financial Group to be a highly respected practice, Dustin also serves as treasurer for a number of non-profit organizations in Atlanta,GA.  

Dustin is a native of Atlanta,GA. He has a beautiful daughter by the name of Kennadi Jackson who currently resides in Aviano,Italy. In his spare time, Dustin enjoys traveling abroad which has lead to his dedication to learning Spanish as a second language. Outside of work, Dustin enjoys participating in half-marathons, swimming, and occasionally playing tennis.
